Online booking
Booking runs through our customer portal — you'll pick your service, see your price from the published rate card, choose a time window, and we'll confirm. The portal is also where returning customers manage their Protection Plan.

What does booking ask for?
Name, phone, email, service address, what pest you're dealing with (or "not sure" for a free inspection), and a preferred time window. That's the whole intake — pricing comes from the published rate card, never from a sales conversation.
Do I have to create an account?
The portal creates your customer record when you book — that's how your inspection report, quote, and service history stay in one place. No account is needed just to request the free inspection.
